DARPG supported project on Public Accountability Charters for Employees (PACE)
The Public Accountability Charters for Employees (PACE) project is implemented by the Institute of Management in Government (IMG) with support of DARPG, Government of India under the State Collaboration Initiative scheme.
The project aims to develop comprehensive accountability charters for 50 key frontline cadres within the Revenue and Registration departments. The charters are being developed from the perspective of the government, the departments, and the public. The cadre specific duties and responsibilities are being developed, with the ultimate goal of professionalizing public service delivery, enhancing transparency, and building citizen trust.
