K. Jayakumar is an Indian civil servant, writer, poet, lyricist, painter, and public speaker. He was the 36th Chief Secretary of the Government of Kerala and later served as the founding Vice-Chancellor of the Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University. He was awarded with the prestigious Kendra Sahitya Akademi Award in 2024.
