The SEVOTTAM Training Programme, sponsored by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), was conducted at Kozhikode and Tirur on 19 and 20 September 2025, respectively. The programme aimed to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of public service delivery through the SEVOTTAM framework.
Grievance Redressal Officers from various government departments participated in the workshops, gaining insights into citizen-centric governance, service quality improvement, and effective grievance management. The sessions provided a valuable platform for experience sharing and reinforcing the principles of transparency, accountability, and service excellence in public administration
