Dr. Ram Mohan primarily focus on administrative reforms and innovations in public service. He has spearheaded several projects and studies aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the public service delivery. He officiated as the Nodal Officer for the Modernizing Government Programme (MGP) initiative of the IMG, as a result of which the State Training Policy was approved and demand-driven training was institutionalized in 2004.
