The Institute conducted a week-long training-cum-exposure visit for newly recruited Block Development Officers of the Government of Bihar from 9 to 13 March 2026. The programme commenced with an insightful session on the Kerala Model of Development by S. M. Vijayanand, former Chief Secretary to Government of Kerala.
As part of the exposure component, participants visited various rural development institutions across the district, enabling them to gain first-hand understanding of innovative practices and governance models in the State.
