The Institute of Management in Government, in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management, New Delhi, conducted a study-cum-exposure visit for Personal Assistants of the Central Secretariat Service and the Railway Board Secretariat Stenographic Service from 4 to 6 July 2025.
During the visit, the team interacted with officials and stakeholders at the Central Tuber Crops Research Institute, Sreekaryam; Kudumbashree units; and other notable State Government best practice sites, including prominent local self-government institutions.
The primary objective of the visit was to gain firsthand insights into the challenges involved in implementing various Central and State Government schemes at the field level.
