Has done the Training Needs Analysis of nearly 20 Government Departments. Actively contributing to various policy making initiatives for the State of Kerala.
Associated as a Resource Person in the Fulbright Educational Partnership Programme, Claremont Graduate University, USA and Department of Political Science, University of Kerala.
