Organisational Profile
Institute of Management in Government (IMG), an autonomous body under the Government of Kerala, was established in 1981 to develop managerial skills, organisational ability, leadership qualities and decision making skills along different categories of employees go Government, Private and Public sectors. IMG has engaging in realising these objectives through training programmes and other activities including research, consultancy, publications, seminars, workshops and lecturers by eminent persons form India and abroad.
The Institue is administered through a Board of Governors and Executive Committee.
