  1. Even if there is a change in the top management at the implementing agency (IMG), the project will continue as per time schedules
  2. The selected Government Departments will continue to offer its resources till the project is completed
  3. Budgeted amounts will be released at different stages of the project
  4. All resources provisioned will be arranged in a timely manner. This also includes arranging materials/resources during exigencies.
