CSS
To effectively monitor the citizen’s satisfaction and perceptions on services delivery, IMG moved a proposal to conduct CSS in three categories of departments - development, regulatory and welfare department. Social Justice, Police, and Food & Civil Supplies departments were selected to represent these categories of government departments, for conducting the CSS survey by IMG in collaboration with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India. The aim of the project was to collect users’ feedback on service delivery, identify various issues in implementation and to incorporate their suggestions in policy formulation for effective service delivery.
The workshop for disseminating the findings of DARPG –CSS project was held on 29th July 2016 from 11.30am-1.30 pm. The workshop begins with the welcome speech of Dr Jaya s Anand, Professor, IMG and Nodal Officer of the project followed by the presidential address of Shri Satyajeet Rajan IAS, Director General IMG. The dissemination workshop was formally inaugurated and the project reports of three departments were released by the honourable Chief Secretary Shri CM Vijayanandan. The reports were handed over to Shri Loknath Behera IPS State Police Chief Kerala, Shri VK Balakrishnan IAS, Commissioner Civil Supplies Department, Shri Shajahan IAS,Secretary ,Social Justice Department respectively. Shri Pravin dixit IPS Director General of Police, Maharashtra, Dr B Sandhya IPS, Additional Director General of Police, Shri Manoj Abraham IPS, Inspector General of Police and the core group members of three departments were present. The presentation of findings of Police, Food & Civil Supplies and Social Justice departments were made by Dr S Sajeev, Dr Jaya S Anand and Dr Neena Joseph.
