The Phase I ATI attachment for IAS officers of the 2025 batch allotted to the Kerala cadre was conducted from 27th April to 23rd May 2026. The training was inaugurated by Director General, IMG. Senior IAS officers and experienced administrators handled sessions on key aspects of state governance. As part of field exposure, officers visited major administrative initiatives and key projects across Kerala to gain practical insight into implementation and public service delivery.
Following Phase I of the programme, the officers were posted to their respective districts as Assistant Collectors (Under Training).The programme effectively equipped the officers with a comprehensive understanding of Kerala’s administrative systems and enhanced their preparedness for field assignments.
