The Institute conducted a Training Programme on Facilitation Skills, sponsored by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, from 10 to 12 November 2025. A total of nine participants from various departments of the Government of Kerala attended the programme.
The primary objective of this Trainer Development Programme was to equip trainers with the knowledge, attitudes, and practical competencies required to effectively facilitate adult learning in diverse training environments. The programme included several hands-on activities, which were well received by the participants. They expressed appreciation for the sessions and noted that the programme provided valuable takeaways for practical application in their respective training contexts.
